P2 Finishing

To compliment our other range of services we also provide machine applied double sided taping and hand finishing.

Machine applied double sided taping

Double sided taping is applied automatically on our carton gluing machines. Finger lift tape is used in this process for ease of peeling of the tape when applied to the finished product. There are two standard sizes used. 6mm adhesive on 12mm backing tape and 12mm adhesive on 18mm backing tape. As this is applied on the carton gluer we can apply the tape on a wide variety of styles from wall charts to specialised envelopes and cartons.

Hand finishing

P2 Finishing is predominantly an automated finishing/ converting company. However we aim to accommodate our customers needs in every possible way. To meet this requirement we have full and part-time experienced staff to handle a variety of jobs.

Laminating & spot UV services

P2 Finishing can provide a full laminating and spot uv service. Film lamination can be applied in Matt and Gloss finishes in sizes ranging from SRA3 up to B1.This is done in conjunction with PMG Laminating Services. Spot UV and in-house stencil making facilities are also provided by PMG.  Please call for more information on this service.
